I don't remember if I mentioned this before but I believe we need to clean up licenses. The heading say license type but then it has CPR which is a certification. There are also duplicate RN licenses which I believe can be cleaned up so that you can select either LPN or RN the state and then yes or no to whether it is compacted or not.

Under positions, we should add other titles such as Wound Nurse, IV Nurse, Phlebotomist, etc....
