Threads confused?
How are "threads" different from "direct" in messages? I clicked the + and added two users and sent a test message but when I went back to the "threads" list nothing was there

Threads only display all the conversations with replays. However, that view only is available if we don't have the view with two panels as we have.
UNA restricts that; here (https://unacms.com/d/messages-sections), you can see more information. If it is okay with you, we can disable it.
