Still can't upload video

Trying to upload screen record to show an issue and when i do, the Know won't ever show the post

      Discussions are not displaying videos; the ticket has been created.

      Posts and Albums display the videos correctly; however, based on the size of the video, UNA needs to convert it before it can be displayed.
