Casing for titles such as "About this group"

It seems most section titles are using Title Case. Can we check these to ensure they are consistent? For example, on a Group's page, "About this group" uses sentence case and "Recent Discussions" uses title case. I think Title Case is better.

Also, the colors are not consistent, should they all be purple? "About this group" iand "Albums" are black and "Recent Discussions" and Members" are purple.
